MSSP multitenancy
MSSP multitenancy is the ability to run response for many customers on one platform with each customer's data, playbooks and approvals kept apart. A managed provider needs per-customer gates and records. Without them, one client's action could touch another's estate.
Definition
Ask how tenants are isolated, whether approvals are per tenant and whether each client gets its own audit record. Also ask about pricing per tenant.
A provider also needs to serve many different tool stacks, which is why integration depth carries more weight for MSSPs in the rankings.
